On August 28, 2012, after thoroughly inspecting and sweeping my chimney, Tim Knowles was alarmed to discover extensive prior fire damage and recommended immediately filing a claim with my insurance carrier before using my fireplace again. Upon receipt of the claim settlement, Tim returned on a Sunday evening, calculated the cost for repairs and was authorized to order the necessary materials for the project. Three days later Tim called and said the materials had arrived and he would commence the required repairs on this date.
